This is ridiculous ! I do know and understand the economy is bad.! But robbing the consumers is outrageous.! Today I was charge 8$+ for 2 small kiddie cup of lemonade by this company.! This is outrageous My neighborhood kids lemonade is much better and way cheaper.! This needs to stop ..! Please see enclosed what Cali coffee disrespectfully charging our Neighbors for two small Kiddie lemonades, full with ice.! It’s pure Madness.! NEVER AGAIN.! I feel so violated and robbed

I love this place - yesterday I mentioned the architectural detail on the building as we drove up and through the drive thru. The young guy in the drive thru window was a pleasure - engaged with us, very positive experience. When I got home I was very surprised by the message on the lid! Timely and encouraging! Ya'll are doing customer service right! I'll drive out of my way to grab a coffee there any day!

Ordered a large blondie coffee, regular sweet with an extra shot for $8.24. All the reviews said the coffee drinks are heavily sweetened, well this was lacking in sweet and made up for it in bitter. Worst coffee I’ve had in awhile. First time visit and last, they had the music blaring and when I told them it was way too loud the young man smiled, said sorry, and didn’t address it while the young lady who heard me proceeded to dance in the background while staring at me. Told them to change the name to Club Cali Coffee since that’s the vibe. Not an adult in sight, just college students who lack any level of maturity. Added photos, they use a ton of half and half, and charge for other milk options. Also, they ask for your phone number and then sign you up for rewards without telling you. Gross behavior.

Coffe is very good !!! I found this sunny place in the middle of a dark day, I always do coffee at home, but one day left home without it and it happens that I drove a different route that morning and found this special place. What makes this place unique is that at my lowest point due to a horrible news about the health of my wife I found a note in my coffee "Take one step at a time" and for whatever reason I look forward everyday for that special note. Everyone that works there is wonderful, but specially someone that noticed how I was feeling, and just with a small gesture of kindness made my day some what bright again. Savanna!! thank you for asking and thank you for listening what I needed to get out of my chest. Definitely we encounter people in our path that can make us change for better or at least see light on a dark day. And for that I am forever GRATEFUL. Keep up the great work...I am sure everyone that comes here are looking for that great cup of coffee but for some Sunshine as well!!

I placed an order paid for it with Apple Pay and arrived to pick up my drink. There’s no one here. The store is closed, the lights are out but the sign says open until 10pm… it’s 7:30 and there’s no way to contact support or get a refund. There’s no sign saying the store would be closed and nothing in the app or site. The hours clearly say 10pm. At the very least you owe me an immediate refund.
